Sweet Potato Suffle - Aunt Doris


3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup milk

Mix these ingredients together and pour into a greased oblong baking dish (about 9x13).

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts - your preference)
1/3 stick margarine, softened.

Mix together and spread over the top of the potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
