Chocolate Cake - Grandma's

2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda

Sift flour and baking soda together then add sugar, salt and cocoa in large bowl until well blended.
Make large hole in the center of the mixture and add eggs, oil, hot water and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

frost with cream cheese frosting.
