Potato Pancakes

4 Medium Size potatoes. Puree in a food processor.
4 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients in food processor. Pour about 1/4 cup at a time onto hot skillet. Cook turning once until both sides are brown.

Yields about 16 pancakes.
